By accessing or using GetLead (“Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This document is not legal advice; have counsel review it for your situation.
The Service
GetLead provides AI visibility tooling for local businesses, including audits, dashboards, and optional content generation. Features may change; we do not guarantee specific outcomes inside third-party AI or search products.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, probe or disrupt systems, scrape in violation of our technical limits, or use generated content to deceive consumers. Automated or bulk use beyond plan limits may be throttled or suspended.
Fees
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Fees, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Downgrades and cancellations follow the flow provided in the product and Stripe customer portal where applicable.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operating entity is formed, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
