Last updated: April 2, 2026 · English only
This policy describes how GetLead (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website and services. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. For questions, contact us using the same email you use for your account.
What we collect
- Account data — email and profile identifiers from our authentication provider (Supabase) when you sign up or sign in.
- Business & audit inputs — data you submit for audits, dashboards, and generated content (e.g. business names, URLs, review text you paste).
- Billing — subscription status and customer identifiers processed by Stripe when you purchase a paid plan.
- Technical data — standard server logs, cookies or similar technologies required for sessions and security.
How we use data
We use information to provide and improve the product, run audits and reports, process payments, send transactional emails (e.g. weekly summaries when configured), and protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We retain data as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, security, or operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs (e.g. billing records).
Third parties
We rely on subprocessors such as hosting, database/auth, email delivery, payment processing, and AI APIs where you enable features that require them. Their use is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact us to exercise those rights. We may verify your identity before responding.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
Security reporting
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please reach out through the contact path listed in our security.txt file (RFC 9116). Do not publicly disclose issues before we have had a reasonable time to respond.
